MEET OUR FOUNDER

Hey, I'm Anne Fundakowski

I'm Anne — a revenue marketer with 15+ years across virtually every corner of the digital marketing industry. Agencies, in-house teams, scrappy startups, and established brands. I've done the strategy and I've done the spreadsheets. Usually both, on the same day, before lunchtime.

My career has taken me through paid media, social strategy, web development, PR, design, operations, new business, and everything in between. That breadth isn't accidental — it's exactly what lets me see the full picture when most people are only looking at one piece.

After 15 years at agencies and in-house teams I was proud of, I decided to stop climbing someone else's ladder and build something that genuinely fills my cup. Funda is that thing. The name is personal, but it's also a nod to the fundamentals, because after all this time, that's still what actually works.

I care about founder-led businesses because I know what it feels like to watch one dollar turn into two. I'm in your corner.
