Hi, I’m Anne.

I’m a growth marketing expert with 15 years of experience across virtually every facet of the digital marketing industry, giving me a uniquely holistic perspective on what makes marketing truly effective. My career journey has taken me through roles in account service, project management, paid media, social media strategy, operations, web development, consumer strategy, event planning, public relations, graphic design, and new business development—giving me both the strategic vision and practical know-how to solve complex marketing challenges.

I'm particularly passionate about helping founder-led businesses and mission-driven organizations achieve sustainable growth, so they can make further positive impacts within their teams and their communities. I believe the best marketing happens when you truly understand both the business goals and the human needs, and I bring that philosophy to every client engagement.

After spending 15 joyful years at well-known agencies and working with powerhouse in-house marketing teams, I decided to create Funda Marketing, a boutique marketing consultancy that allows me to do work that genuinely fulfills me, with clients who inspire me, while having the flexibility to spend quality time with the people who matter most in my life.

Few things bring me more satisfaction than watching others grow and succeed under my guidance.

  • Born and raised in Kansas City, I'm deeply connected to my roots and proud of this community. I want our local businesses to grow and thrive, and I want to help them do that.

  • I served on the KC Ad Club Board of Directors for 5 years, in roles ranging from President, Vice President, and Lead Event Planner.

  • Unsurprisingly to those who know me, I’m an ENTJ personality type on the Myers-Briggs scale, known as "The Commander” which is characterized by being natural-born leaders who are confident and strategic.

  • Some of my favorite people call me mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. These are the best titles I’ve ever held.
